Product Description

EPIKOTE™ Resin 807 + EPIKURE™ Curing Agent 866/S + EPIKURE™ Catalyst 03832 is a three component epoxy system for liquid injection moulding and other casting technologies with a Tg in the 105 – 115 °C range . As a result of its chemical composition, the system has advantageous processing properties, and also very good mechanical, electrical and thermal characteristics.

 

EPIKOTE™ Resin 807 + EPIKURE™ Curing Agent 866/S + EPIKURE™ Catalyst 03832 is ideal for use in moulding components of electrical equipment such as power, current and voltage transformers, conduits, post insulators and circuit breaker parts for medium and high voltage use.

EPIKOTETM Resin 807 + EPIKURETM Curing Agent 866/S + EPIKURETM Catalyst 03832 should be stored at room temperature such that moisture is excluded and in the original containers tightly closed. Under these conditions the following components can be stored for a minimum of:

 

  • EPIKOTETM Resin 807                        three years from the date of certification
  • EPIKURETM Curing Agent 866/S        one year from the date of certification
  • EPIKURE™ Catalyst 03832               one year from the date of certification
