Product Description

EPIKOTE Resin 154 is a polyfunctional epoxy phenol novolac resin, available as a semi-solid, and as the 80 %m/m solution in methyl ethyl ketone, EPIKOTE Resin 154-B-80.

 

Application Areas/Suggested Uses

EPIKOTE 154, when used alone or in admixture with another grade of EPIKOTE resin, produces highly cross-linked polymers which have excellent dimensional stability and high temperature and chemical resistance. Typical areas of application are composite end-uses and the production of high performance coatings.

Safety, Storage & Handling

EPIKOTE Resin 154 and EPIKOTE Resin 154-B-80 should be stored cool, dry conditions, away from sources of heat, preferably in the original containers kept tightly closed. Under these conditions the shelf life should be a minimum of three years from date of certification.
