Chairman, President and CEO
Craig A. Rogerson

Craig Rogerson is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer at Hexion Inc. Craig joined Hexion in July 2017. Prior to joining Hexion, Craig served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Chemtura Corporation, a position he held from December 2008 until April 21, 2017. Craig also served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Hercules Incorporated from December 2003 until November 2008. Craig joined Hercules in 1979 and served in a number of management positions before leaving the company to serve as President and Chief Executive Officer of Wacker Silicones Corporation in 1997. In May 2000, Craig rejoined Hercules and was named President of its BetzDearborn Division in August 2000. Prior to being named CEO of Hercules in December 2003, Craig held a variety of senior management positions with the company, including president of the FiberVisions and Pinova Divisions, vice president of Global Procurement, and Chief Operating Officer. Craig serves on the boards of Ashland Global Holdings Inc., PPL Corporation, the American Chemistry Council, the Society of Chemical Industry, and the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network. Craig holds a chemical engineering degree from Michigan State University (MSU). He also serves on the advisory board of the MSU Chemical Engineering & Materials Science Department.

Executive Vice President and CFO
George F. Knight III

George Knight is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Hexion Inc. Prior to his current position, George served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer from 2010–2016. He worked for Hexion Specialty Chemicals Inc., the predecessor company to Momentive in a similar capacity from 2005–2010 and prior to that Hexion’s predecessor company Borden Chemical. He served from 2002–2005 as Vice President of Finance and Treasurer of Borden Chemical, from 2001–2002 as Vice President of Finance for Borden Chemical, from 1999–2001 as Vice President of Finance for Borden Foods, from 1998–1999 as Vice President of Financial Mergers and Acquisitions and from 1997–1998 as Director of Financial Mergers and Acquisitions. George also worked for Duracell International, Inc. as Assistant Corporate Controller and then as Asia Pacific Finance Director, and for Deloitte & Touche. George received his bachelor’s degree in economics from St. Anselm College in Manchester, N.H., and his master’s degree in accounting from Syracuse University.

Executive Vice President and CAO
Matt Sokol

Matt Sokol is the Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at Hexion. Matt joined Hexion from Lanxess Solutions, Inc. (formerly Chemtura Corporation), where he served as interim Vice President of HR and M&A (NAFTA) for Lanxess. Prior to Lanxess, Matt held a number of senior leadership roles for Chemtura including leading M&A, which ultimately culminated in the sale of the company to Lanxess. Previous roles at Chemtura included: Head of Corporate Development & Investor Relations; General Manager, Flame Retardants; and Director, Strategic Corporate Development. While at Chemtura, Matt also served as Associate General Counsel, IEP Segment, and Assistant General Counsel. Prior to joining Chemtura, Matt served as senior litigation associate at Tyler, Cooper & Alcorn, LLP. He earned a law degree from the Pace University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from State University of New York, College at Geneseo.

Executive Vice President General Counsel and Secretary
Douglas A. Johns, Esq.

Doug Johns has been Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Hexion Inc. since 2010. Doug was previously a Director of Momentive Performance Materials Inc. and was appointed General Counsel and Secretary upon the acquisition GE Advanced Materials, a division of General Electric Company, in 2006. From October 2010 until October 2014, Doug also served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Momentive Performance Materials Holdings LLC, the parent of Momentive Specialty Chemicals Inc. and Momentive Performance Materials Inc. Prior to Momentive Performance Materials, he served as General Counsel for GE Advanced Materials and as Senior Business Counsel at GE Plastics European headquarters in The Netherlands. He was also a trial lawyer at the United States Department of Justice and he was in private practice. Doug holds a law degree from Northeastern University School of Law, an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and a bachelor’s degree from Oberlin College.

Executive Vice President Human Resources
John P. Auletto

John Auletto is Executive Vice President, Human Resources at Hexion Inc. John joined Borden Chemical, a predecessor company of Hexion, in 1999, and has since served Hexion in various senior human resource leadership roles. He was a member of the integration team during Borden Chemical’s combination with Bakelite AG, Resolution Performance Products, and Resolution Specialty Materials, which formed Hexion Specialty Chemicals. He has also served as vice president, human resources for both divisions within Hexion. During his tenure, he has helped lead the organization through multiple mergers and acquisitions, as well leading the Company’s global efforts in Talent Management, Labor Relations, and Organizational Effectiveness. Prior to joining Borden Chemical, John served in senior human resources roles with Associates National Bank, W.L. Gore & Associates and The Bank of New York. John is a graduate of The University of Delaware where he earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology.

Executive Vice President Operations
Paul Barletta

Paul Barletta is Executive Vice President of Operations. Paul has global responsibility for manufacturing, EH&S, supply chain, Six Sigma and manufacturing excellence functions. Prior to his current leadership role, Paul served as Vice President of Global Epoxy Manufacturing. He brings over 30 years of experience in the chemical industry with both Hexion and Shell Chemical. He has held a variety of roles in manufacturing including, Environment Health and Safety, Quality, Operations, Maintenance and Special Projects. In addition, he was also responsible for Global Projects & Engineering, Manufacturing Excellence and the Process Technology and Development organizations. Paul earned a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Wayne State University. He is the past chair and current member of the Louisiana Chemical Association Board of Directors and was previously elected to the St. Charles Parish (County) Party Executive Committee. His community work has included The United Way, St. Charles Parish Zoning Board of Adjustment, and Scouting.

Executive Vice President Procurement
Nathan E. Fisher

Nathan Fisher is Executive Vice President, Procurement at Hexion Inc. Nathan has been Executive Vice President, Global Procurement of the company since the formation of its predecessor, Hexion Specialty Chemicals (later to become Momentive Specialty Chemicals), in 2005. His responsibilities include the worldwide procurement of all raw materials, energy, indirect materials and services. Earlier, he served as Vice President, Global Sourcing for legacy company Borden Chemical. Nathan previously worked in Procurement Management and Supply Chain at Eastman Chemical, and as an industrial engineer at Texas Instruments. He earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Tennessee Technological University and a master’s degree in business administration from East Tennessee State University.
