EPON™ Resin 1001-H-75


EPON Resin 1001-H-75 is a solid resin solution of EPON Resin 1001F cut to 75% weight in Propylene Glycol Methyl Ether (PGME). PGME is not regulated as a Hazardous Air Pollutant (HAP) under Title III of the 1990 Clean Air Act Amendments. The EPON Resin 1001F is derived from bisphenol-A and epichlorohydrin. This epoxy resin solution finds application in solventborne amine or polyamide cured coatings and as a modifying resin in solventborne thermosetting acrylic coatings.


  • Easy handling solution that is readily thinned or reduced with other organic solvents
  • Crystal clear solution requiring no additional filtration
  • PGME is a medium evaporating, non-HAP solvent readily adaptable to most air dry or baking systems
  • Toxicological studies indicate that PGME is one of the least hazardous medium boiling glycol ethers available
